DNForum Club – NFT Holder Rights & Terms

Welcome to the DNForum Club, the official NFT collection and loyalty programme of DNForum – the world's oldest domain name community, founded in 2001.
This document outlines the rights, benefits, and limitations granted to holders of DNForum Club NFTs. By acquiring, holding, or interacting with a DNForum Club NFT, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Ownership of the NFT
Each DNForum Club NFT is a unique digital asset stored on the Ethereum blockchain. Ownership of the NFT is secured by your digital wallet and verifiable via OpenSea or any compatible marketplace.
You own the NFT token itself, which grants you access to certain utility features and benefits described below.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All artwork and design elements associated with DNForum Club NFTs – including characters, backgrounds, and traits – are created by the OG cryptoartist MX12 (Germany).
As a holder, you are granted:
- Personal use license: You may display your NFT for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., avatars, profile pictures).
- Non-exclusive rights: You may use the image in blogs, streams, or presentations, as long as it's not offensive or misrepresents affiliation with DNForum or MX12.
You may not:
- Modify or commercialize the artwork (e.g., sell merchandise) without prior written consent.
- Use the artwork or branding to launch derivative collections or unrelated projects.
- Use the DNForum name, logo, or brand for third-party promotions or businesses.
All intellectual property remains the sole property of DNForum Club and artist MX12.
3. Access to Loyalty Benefits
DNForum Club NFTs are designed to reward holders with real-world and digital perks. These include:
- Free coworking desk access in select cities
- Promotional features such as banner space or name mentions in DNForum newsletters
- Early or discounted access to Domain Summit events
- Monthly digital drops, giveaways, and community incentives
The coworking desk benefit is not available yet. It will be launched gradually, and its rollout will depend on the financial, logistical, and operational circumstances of DNForum and its operator No Stress Limited (UK).
Our plans include offering free daytime desk access (9am–5pm) in cities such as: Riga, London, Paris, New York City, Kathmandu, Dubai, and more.To access these perks:
- Your OpenSea profile must include your DNForum username
- You must be the current holder of the NFT at the time of the benefit or drop
- Verification (e.g., wallet signature or form) may be required
All benefits are limited, subject to availability, and may change or rotate at DNForum's discretion.
4. No Guarantees – A Technological Experiment
DNForum Club is a community loyalty experiment – not a financial product.
- There are no guaranteed utilities, rewards, or profits
- This is not an investment, security, or equity offer
- The team will make its best effort to grow the programme, but utility is not promised
All NFTs are issued as-is. Use at your own discretion.
5. Trading and Resale
- NFTs can be traded or sold freely on supported platforms like OpenSea
- DNForum Club NFTs carry a 3% creator royalty on all secondary sales
- Loyalty benefits are non-transferable and only apply to current verified holders
6. Revocation of Benefits
DNForum reserves the right to deny, pause, or revoke access to loyalty perks in cases of:
- Abuse or manipulation
- Fraudulent identity or bot use
- Violations of DNForum community rules or brand misuse
